This series of watercolours depicts an African woman. Her outline consists of small holes through which Silver has poured paint. It was based on the book People of Kau (1976), by the film-maker and photographer of the Third Reich, Leni Riefenstahl. The controversial book portrays people from the Nuba tribe in Sudan.
