Great interest for photographs

The highlight of the record-breaking photography auction was undoubtedly Still Lives #3 (2004) by Maria Friberg (b. 1966) which sold for SEK 421,000, a personal record for the artist. The same photo was on exhibit at the Armory Show 2005, one of the most influential art fairs in the world, where it was an instant success among major collectors. The price at the time was SEK 120,000.
