Do you have Home Delivery?
We offer Home Delivery, both to your door or agents in your area. Easily, safely and affordably home to addresses in Sweden and Finland (NOTE, does not apply to items bought in Finland (price in EUR)).
Home Delivery is conveniently ordered from My Bukowskis after you win an auction.
Applies only for private clients living in Sweden or Finland: when using Klarna to pay for the item, home delivery can only be ordered to the address approved by Klarna at the time of payment.
Where can i find you shipping terms?
Before ordering a transport you need to accept the General Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Transport Services, these can be found when ordering. The shipping terms can also be found here.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The delivery time between our auction houses is up to about 3 weeks.
An item sent as a parcel is delivered to agents 1-5 business days after it has left our auction house.
Larger items for home delivery are delivered at the time agreed upon by you and the transport partner. Expect a delivery time of about 15 business days for items bought in and delivered to an address in the same city.
Can I cancel my transport?
No, as soon the transport is ordered we start processing.
Why am I unable to order transport?
Probably it was decided that no transport was possible due to size, condition or some other feature of the item.
For insurance reasons we are also unable to offer standard transport on items worth over SEK 100 000.

I want to change delivery address, how I do?
The delivery address cannot be changed after the transport has been ordered.
(For private customers living in Sweden or Finland: Please note, when making payment via Klarna, that the address for home delivery must be the same as your invoicing address.)
Can i have someone else receive/collect my delivery?
Yes, the person receiving/collecting need both your and own id.
Where is my item now?
At My Bukowskis you can track your parcels.
Ordered transports on larger home delivieries are kept at Bukowskis until delivery is made.
I haven’t received my delivery, what has happened?
There can be different reasons for this. Check My Bukowskis if it is a parcel for tracking information.

Why haven’t delivery of my item begun?
Transport begin as soon as we receive payment for the transport.
My parcel was returned when I didn’t collect it. Where is my item now and can I order another delivery?
The parcel was returned to the sending Bukowskis Market office. Any fees for the return will be charged to you by invoice.
We are unable to offer to transport the item for you again at this time.
The item is damaged. How do I return it?
According to our terms The Customer shall, in immediate connection with the collection or the receipt of the Item, carefully inspect the Item in order to verify that the Item is not damaged. Upon collection of the Item from Bukowskis or a third party the Customer shall carefully inspect that the packaging/wrapping is intact and without any damages. Damages and defects shall be noted on the consignment note provided by the external carrier or collection/delivery point.
Do businesses have extended credit on the transport invoice?
Can I have several items/lots delivered together?

Do you deliver outside of Sweden and Finland?
Presently we only deliver in Sweden and Finland.
Can I use another transport company?
You can use any company you want to. Make sure we have received payment on all invoices and that there are no outstanding storage fees.
The transport representative need written authorization from you and id.
Do you send items by mail?
No, we use Bring for all parcels. They deliver to a pickup up point and you get notified by SMS when the item has arrived.
Can I buy an item for payment on delivery?
What are the size and weight restrictions for home delivery?
Parcels can weigh no more than 20 kg or be larger than 0,25 m³. Larger home deliveries can be up to 3 m³.
Due to other considerations such as the condition of an item it might be considered unsuitable for transport.

Do you deliver unsold items back to the seller?
No, only sold items are delivered.
