An empire style parcel gilt salt cellar, mark of assay master Aleksandr Ilbich Yashinov (1795-1826), Saint Petersburg.
Gilded interior. Width handles included 11.5 cm. Height 8-8.5 cm. Weight 95 g.
Nut at the bottom replaced and marked 'Yrjö Salmela, Turku'. The other handle with a minor repair. Wear due to age and use.
