An 18th-century Estonian silver sauce bowl, maker's mark of Carl Friedrich Clemens (1768-1793), Reval, Imperial Russia.

Gilt interior, pearl decoration around the rim and the spout. Turned wood handle. Maker's mark CFC for Carl Friedrich Clemens (Clements/ Clemenz), the old town hallmark for Reval, nowadays Tallinn, Estonia. One mark worn. Marked "2... loth".
Length ca. 19 cm, the diameter of the rim 9 cm, height excl the handle ca 5 cm. Weight 185 g.

Wood handle with repairs and a crack, traces of some glue on the silver surface. Few, minor indentations.
