A 1930s open armchair model 'Torni' for Oy Stockmann Ab, Keravan Puusepäntehdas, Finland.

Mahogany frame, backrest with adjustable tilt mechanism, removable cushions. Manufacturer mark. Width 61 cm, height to seat 50 cm, total height 93 cm.

Partly worn. Restored.

Einar Kyöstilä designed the chair to Hotel Torni in 1931. Planning of interior environments were made by Stockmann's drawing office under the managment of Werner West.
