Bukowskis internationally acclaimed ”Important Timepieces” sale continues to dominate the watch market in Scandinavia. The auction’s showpiece was lot 159, a Patek Philippe, Geneve which after intense bidding was sold at for a final price of 686 000 SEK.

- It feels great that our handpicked vintage watches and collectibles have performed so strongly, since they are our true passion and what signifies ”Important Timepieces”. The result from the sale shows that our offers appeals to both our home market and internationally, says Mikael Wallhagen, Bukowskis Watch Specialist and Watchmaker.

Untouched and never renovated watches are highly sought after by the market, which lot 132 Rolex Oyster Submariner "Red Text” is an excellent example of. After a heated bidding the final price ended at an amazing 441 000 SEK, proving that the best of the best is always a good investment.

- It’s so gratifying that we after last seasons premiere can continue the success with today’s sale. Many watches are sold to collectors abroad and we were pleased to see that so many of these international collectors chose to join us physically in the auction room, says Tony Frank, Bukowskis Watch Specialist.
