Numrering med kinesiska tecken på insidan av sockeln. Sittande på upphöjd tron omgiven av mandorla. Höjd 20,2 cm.

Many similar statues of Amitayus were made especially during the Qing dynasty, since it was believed that the merit gained by commissioning multiple images would increase the life of both the donor and to the person they were given. Emperor Qianlong had a great number of these statues made for his and his mothers birthday.
