Märkt "LA 5" med bläck a tergo. Numreringen gjordes troligen av Smithsonians curator Eugene Ostroff då han inventerade Lacock Abbey-samlingen under 1960-talet. Saltpapperfotografi, bildyta ca 18 x 17 cm. Bladstorlek 22,5 x 18,5 cm.
