Två parställda moongoses som spyr ut ädelstenar omgivna av buddhistiska element. Längd 9 cm. Spår av bemålning. Höjd 3 cm.

The Buddhist god of wealth Vaiśravaṇa (also known as Kubera or Jambhala in Sanskrit) is frequently depicted holding a mongoose in his left hand which spews out jewels from its mouth. The mongoose is the enemy of the snake, a symbol of greed; the ejection of jewels represents generosity.
