Bound in old limp vellum, somewhat soiled and stained, ms title to lower edge, traces of ms title to spine. Approx 12 ff. with marginal worming, a rather insignificant ink-smudge to two pages, old neat foliation in ink, a couple of old annotations in ink to first page, one neatly crossed out, occasional old or contemporary marginalia in ink.
