The icon is an outstanding example of a late empire style and repeats one of the wonder-working images of the Mother of God of Iversk, most venerated in Moscow. Remarkable artifact of the second quote of the 19 century combines the academic soft manner of the painting and the precious silver oklad, repeating pictorial composition.
