Woodblock print. 'Enjoying the evening cool at Ryogoku Bridge' 両国橋夕涼 (Ryogokubashi yu-suzumi) from the series 'Famous Places in Edo' 江戸名所 (Edo meisho). Sheet size 23 x 35 cm. Total measurement including frame 34,5 x 46,5 cm.

Not examined out of frame. Stains. Bleached.

Provenance

Purchased in Japan during the 1960s by the Swedish artist Sven X:et Erixson (1899-1970). Thence by descent.
