An burgundy ground with a polychrome medallion, mosque lamps, corner ornaments, flower and palmette festoons. A dark blue main border with a palmette and flower vine. Wide ivory secondary borders with a palmette vine. The main border has a cartouche with a signature: Sherkate Makankan Birjand (Woven by Mekankan company in Birjand).

Partly worn, slightly dirty, minor stains, insignificant mothdamages. The ends have fold wear.
