Evald Nielsen opened his first workshop in Copenhagen in 1905.
He was considered a very talented craftsman as a silversmith.
During the first decades his designs were clearly influenced by the works of his contemporary silversmith Georg Jensen.
Evald Nielsen took part in several World's Fairs, such as Paris 1925, Barcelona 1929 and New York 1939.
