More information

"The artist Richard Johansson is renowned for his rolling folk art museum, built with his own hands with old circus carriages as a model. The rolling museum stands on the family's plot in Södra Mellby in Skåne, carefully decorated with purchases from flea markets - from naive paintings and hobo work, to wood carvings and imaginative textiles. Personal viewing can be booked in advance or you can view the project in a new small book, with over a hundred photographs of these expressive curiosities.
Johansson's love for the popular heritage can also be seen in his art, right now current at Galleri Magnus Karlsson in "Days and Nights", a duo exhibition with his wife Mette Björnberg. "
