Muut tiedot

The two doorgods originating from Tang generals Qin Shubao and Yuchi Jingde. It is said that Emperor Taizong had their painted portraits hung on his front door. Soon the imperial custom was spread among ordinary people who put woodblock prints of the generals on their front gates to scare off evil and attract good luck.
