MATTO, an antique Esfahan, ca 480,5 x 350 cm.
A red brown melange ground with large polychrome birds, palmettes, cloud bands, flower and palmette festoons. A wide ivory melange main border with a large palmette and flower vine.
Some abraches. Some partly hard wear, slightly dirty, stains. Traces of glue at the back of the sides, the sides have fold wear and minor damages, later fringes.
