Per Kirkeby is one of Denmark's most important artists. He passed away earlier this year, and to his honour Galleri Bo Bjerggaard is having a solo exhibition; "Hommage à Per Kirkeby", running till October 28th.
Kirkeby is included in the following public collections among others, MoMA, Museum of Modern Art, New York, Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, Tate Modern, London, Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nantes, Nantes, and at Centre Pompidou, Paris
