Painted and gilded decoration with a text that translates as "To those who are young in mind 1921 - we give you in your hands the books, the hammer and the ?. Lomonosov 1921. After a design by Stjekotjhina. The plate by the Imperial porcelain manufactory in St Petersburg, Czar Nicholas II, 1902. Diameter 24,5 cm.
