MATTO, a semi-antique silk Kashan, ca 185-198 x 125-132,5 cm.
A red ground with a polychrome medallion, palmette and flower festoons as well as blue melange corner ornaments with arabesques and flowers. A blue melange main border with a large rose and palmette vine.
Abrashes. Some wear, slightly dirty, stains among which several are stiff, minor fold wear, insignificant repairs. Some areas with claw marks at the back, the sides have fold wear, reduced ends.
