MATTO, a semi-antique Mashad, signed Saber, ca 512,5 x 343,5-345 cm (including 1,5-3 cm flat weave at the sides and
ends). A burgundy ground with a large dark blue medallion, dark blue corner ornaments, polychrome palmette, flower, boteh and arabesque festoons. A wide dark blue main border with a large palmette, leaf and flower vine. The outer secondary border with the signature.
Little wear, slightly dirty, stains, minor repairs. The flat woven edges have some wear.
