MATTO, an antique/ semi-antique Tabriz part silk figural, ca 345-346 x 217,5-232 cm.

A light blue ground with a dense polychrome decor of hunting scenes in a landscape with animals, humans and tents as well as a frame work with inscriptions in ivory cartouches. A wide dark blue main border with seraphs, birds, palmette and flower vines. A pink outer border with lions, deer and trees.

Abrashes. Some partly a little harder wear, dirty, stains among which some are insignificantly stiff, minor damages, insignificant mothdamages. The sides and ends have minor fold wear, some of the fringes are later.
