A yellow ground with a polychrome decor of four medallions with five-clawed dragons among clouds, a middle medallion with a pair of phoenix birds among clouds as well as symbols and the attributes of the fine arts. A wide blue main border with mascarons, waves and the holy mountain.

Some partly hard wear, dirty, stains, repairs, partly slightly painted. The sides and ends have minor fold wear.
