The Campana brothers are known for their exclusive and expressive furniture. According to a statement, the Leather works series was created by chance. The Campana brothers had a minor gas explosion in their studio. The effect of the explosion was a studio full of scattered pieces of furniture materials, such as leather and textiles. When the studio was to be cleaned out, the brothers collected all the material and then got the inspiration for the series. The armchair is upholstered in more than 400 unique leather patches.
