An antique/semi-antique, Teheran carpet, ca 314 x 211 cm

The 1920s to the 1930s. A red ground with polychrome decoration of blooming trees, birds and flower and palmette festoons. A wide dark blue main border with palmette vine.

Partly worn. The sides have minor fold wear. Minor moth damages at the back.
