Muut tiedot

Rolex Day-Date ref. 1803 is an iconic model produced between 1958 and 1978.
It represents the third generation in the Day-Date series and is especially appreciated by collectors for its classic design, technical innovations, and exclusive choice of materials. The 1970 model in white gold is an excellent example of Rolex craftsmanship and sense of luxury during this era.

The Day-Date 1803 features a 36 mm case made of 18-karat white gold – a rarer alternative compared to the more common yellow gold version. The dial is of the so-called "pie-pan" type, where the edges slope downward, giving it a distinct vintage look.

Rolex Day-Date was the first wristwatch to display both the day of the week and the date fully spelled out on the dial.
The day of the week could be ordered in several different languages, making each piece unique. This particular example displays the days in Swedish.
