The Aventi A-11 Pure Sapphire is a technically ambitious timepiece defined by its full sapphire crystal case—crafted from A-Grade sapphire with 124 edges and 92 facets. The production process involves over 100 hours of precision CNC machining and polishing, overcoming sapphire's inherent brittleness. The case is paired with a Grade 5 titanium crown and a transparent strap, resulting in a structurally rigid yet visually striking composition. The dimensions (55.5mm × 48.5mm × 13mm) make it large on the wrist, though its ergonomically curved case and light materials enhance wearability. Swiss Super-LumiNova BGW9 X1 has been applied both on the dial and internally within the sapphire structure, ensuring strong luminosity in low-light conditions.
Inside, the watch houses a manually wound skeletonized tourbillon movement produced in collaboration with PTS Resources. It beats at 28,800 vph (4 Hz), contains 25 jewels, and offers a 72-hour power reserve. The tourbillon—traditionally used to counteract the effects of gravity on timekeeping—reinforces the mechanical pedigree of the A-11. Aventi bypasses traditional sales channels and instead uses a direct-to-consumer model, allowing it to offer this sapphire-case, tourbillon-equipped watch at a notably lower price than competitors using similar materials and complications. The A-11 is not a limited edition, but its production remains low due to the complexity of sapphire manufacturing.
