Patek Philippe Aquanaut Ref. 5165A-001 is an exclusive sports watch launched in 2007 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Aquanaut collection, which was first introduced in 1997 with Ref. 5065. The 5165A model is a direct successor to the 5065 and was released alongside Ref. 5167, which features a larger case.
