The Rolex Datejust II ref. 116300 was launched in 2009 as an updated version of the iconic Datejust series, which was first introduced in 1945. This model marked a shift toward larger and more contemporary watches, featuring a 41 mm Oyster case compared to the original 36 mm. The model was discontinued in 2016.
