Model D + lid, round, decorated with curved handles, on the lid a reclining female figure and fruits. Painted stylised decoration in green, yellow, aubergine brown, and black. Stamped MADE IN SWEDEN MODEL PERCY GEFLE SSF (Swedish Arts and Crafts Association) T. 77. (painter's signature T, Eugen Trost), the lid stamped MADE IN SWEDEN, T. 77. Height ca. 36.5 cm, length 45 cm (diameter 35.5 cm).
The locket with minor edge nicks and a hairline crack on the inside.

The wine bowl was first exhibited at the World Exposition in Paris in 1925. Percy was awarded the Diplome d'honneur (second prize). Another variant was shown in New York in 1927, and yet another was displayed at the Stockholm Exhibition in 1930. The wine bowls were made only to order or for special occasions. They were painted with various decorations and could be ordered with or without a lid. Arthur Percy was employed as artistic director and designer at Gefle Porcelain Factory from 1923 to 1960.
