Gilded and patinated bronze and white marble. Modeled as a wine barrel supported by satyrs, surrounded by grapevines and with a draped lion skin, white enamelled dial with Arabic numerals, signed "Sauvajot A Paris", the movement plate similarly signed and numbered no 87, date, rectangular stepped base with rounded end sides. Length 41.5, width 14.5, height 49.5 cm.
