The model exhibited at "Bygge och Bo" in Lund, Sweden 1931.
In 1935, a dispute regarding design protection for furniture made of tubular steel was addressed. The dispute was between the authors Mart Stam and Anton Lorenz against Swedish chairs manufactured by, among others, AW Nilsson. The chair in question, model 1004 from AW Nilsson, was then an example of the so-called copy. However, tubular steel furniture was not considered to have sufficient artistic value to be covered by design protection.
