Contemporary full vellum, slightly worn with some contemporary underlinings in ink, but a charming copy, complete with all plates, and a fine association copy bearing the recent round stamp and bookplate of Alexander Erba Odescalchi. Unidentified armorial stamp in lower margin of engraved portrait.
First edition of this scarce, beautifully illustrated architectural study of bridges.
