Enligt invändig etikett: Detta skåp gavs i fästmansgåva av sedemera lantmäteridirektören Per Gustaf Friberger (död 1862) till hans blivande maka Helena Ulrika Örn (död 1874). De gifte sig 1811 och bosatte sig på Stånghem.
