Prints by Lennart Jirlow

Lennart Jirlow’s paintings burst with colour and vivacity. The Swedish artist’s common motive is the poetic depictions of people in their everyday environment and situation, which he observed from cafés or restaurants in is hometown Paris. Also Provencale motifs are seen in his paintings, especially prodigious gardens, along with depictions from Sweden, such as sunny summer days in Stockholm with Nybroviken’s glittering water. Today you can find his work on posters for Bocuse d’Or, wine labels and menus on several French star restaurants. In this theme auction Bukowskis is pleased to present prints by Lennart Jirlow.
