Andrea Crespo was born in 1993 in Miami, Florida, and is now based and active in New York. In their art, they explore territories beyond normative perceptions of the human body or gender. They touch on identity, psychological realities, culture, and digital communities in their art. They were educated at Pratt Institute and graduated in 2015.
