A Gustavian giltwood cartel clock by N. Berg (watchmaker in Stockholm 1751-94).
Gilded and bronzed. Decoration including columns and zero lattice with inset mirror glass. Painted dial with Roman numeral indices, signed "Nils Berg / Stockholm". Length 48, width 12, height 81 cm.
Minor decorative damages. Wear. Later bronzing. Not tested for functionality. Key and pendulum missing.
