MATTO, an antique Anatolian, the Ottoman Empire, ca 154,5-158 x 99,5-102,5 cm (as well as 1 cm flat weave at one end).
A red ground with a polychrome trellis pattern with stylized flowers and leaves as well as a light blue frame work. A light blue main border with a flower pattern.
Some partly hard wear, dirty, stains, minor holes and mothdamages, minor discoloured areas and repairs. The sides and ends have insignificant damages, on end is reduced and has a tear.
