I am a mother of three living in a suburban villa near the capital. My life is neither exotic nor extreme, nor marginalized or glamorous. I depict a reality that I believe most people can recognize. Anna Clarén (born 1972) is a Swedish photographer and artist. Clarén draws her inspiration from the closest things; family, friends, and scenes from everyday life. She gained recognition with the photo series Holding (2006). The photographs depict her daily life during four summer months in 2005.
