Muut tiedot
Roger Risberg’s art inhabits a space between the everyday and the enigmatic. In his visual world, people, interiors, and landscapes converge in scenes where narratives seem both present and elusive. Through his distinctive approach to painting, Risberg creates images charged with psychological tension, vulnerability, and understated drama. His figures often appear as carriers of memories or emotional states, while their surroundings take on an almost dreamlike significance. Colour, light, and composition combine to create an atmosphere that invites the viewer’s own associations. Risberg’s works allow the familiar to slip into something strange, deliberately leaving their narratives open to interpretation and reflection.
