MATTO, probably Tabriz, figural, the "Four seasons", ca 233 x 159 cm (as well as 1,5 cm flat weave at the ends).
Polychrome seasonal scenes with buildings. In the middle a medallion with a man and a woman surrounded by the Zodiac. A wide dark blue main border with famous persons, inscriptions, dervish bowls and axes.
Little wear, dirty, stains, minor mothdamages, insignificant colour run areas. The sides have minor fold wear and one damage, the flat weave at one end has a damage.
