Publisher's richly gilt-stamped cloth, all edges gilt, worn, front joint
partly cracked, corners bumped with slight loss, text and plates fine
(despite faint dampstain to outer margin of final text leaves),
protective tissues preserved.

First edition of Grandville's final work, published shortly after his
death.
