A pair of late Gustavian armchairs, Lindome, circa 1800.

Painted. Spindle back. Carved decoration of flower heads. Overupholstered, fluted legs. Upholstered and padded seat and armrests. Signed IAS+. Seat height 42, height 88 cm.

Minor wear, marks, and stains. One example with worm damage and a dry crack underneath on the rim. Restored and altered. Later upholstery. The overall impression is good.
