Bukowskis is proud to present several Fabergé objects at our Important Spring Sale, this spring’s major hammer auction. The objects will be sold on 4–5 June and will be available to view at Berzelii Park 1 in Stockholm between 29 May and 3 June.

In this years International Spring Sale there are several interesting Russian pieces of silver and jewelry - "buried treasures" with provenances such as Nobel and Standertsköld. Among these are an unusual gold box with enamel and miniatures. The box was buried (together with other valuables) by the Noble family during the Russian Revolution and when the treasure was found again sadly the miniatures had been damaged from the damp soil.

The sculptural decanter is marked Vaillant and St. Petersburg, a maker known for his sculptural pieces of silver with strong impressions and unusual designs of highest quality. In 1885 it was the first price in the "Helsinki Regatta" and was given to Baron Emil Standertskölds salingboat "Nanna".

Within the large jewelry department one can found several interesting pieces such as the pair of Fabergé clips with aquamarines and a beautiful rock crystal pendant by Alma Pihl with her typical snowflake design, who often were ordered by Emanuel Nobel to be given as gifts at his grand dinners.
