Dark blue ground with polychrome millefleur pattern, trees, different kind of birds and a large medallion with a portrait of Shah Abbas and an inscription (Safavie Shah Abbas). Around 720 000 knots per square meter. Bought in Gävle, Sweden, in 1956.
Partly some wear , slightly dirty, stains, insignificant mothdamages. Two corners have a small repair, one corner has an insignificant damage.
