With the cypher of Tsar Nicholas II beneath a crown at top center and flanked by a pair of Imperial Russian eagles. The ornate borders with various heraldic shields from different parts of The Empire such as Finland and at the center of the lower margin the date 1896. In the lower left corner is printed in Russian "Designed by the Architect Petrov-Ropet" and lower right "Printed by A.A. Levinson's press in Moscow". 40x28 cm.
