Found in 1930's in the ground south-west of Garpenberg.

Möjligen har skeden koppling till Gudsberga kloster, som ligger norr om fyndplatsen vid Garpenberg. Gudsberga, ett cisterciensiskt munkkloster, grundades 1486 genom en gåva från häradshövdingen över Dalarna, riddaren Ingel Jönsson Hjorthorn, och hans hustru Birgitta Sonedotter. Det kom att bli Sveriges sista munkkloster av cisterciensorden samt Dalarnas enda kloster.
