A garden scenery with two birds in a flowering magnolia tree, below large tree-peonies and garden-rocks. By an female artist, signed Lan Ling and dated to the spring of year 'bingchen' (corresponding to 1736 or 1796). Ink and colour on silk. Calligraphy and five red seals. 185,5 x 99 cm.

Wear, losses of colour, retouches, repairs, relined on fabric.
