Written on silk brocade with a cloud and crane pattern-ground mounted as a handscroll, the text arranged in standard form in Manchu and Chinese characters, the Chinese text opening with a four-character title, Fengtian gaomin, 'By the Command of Heaven', flanked by a pair of dragons, followed by a long text and dated to the 36 year of Qianlong corresponding to 1771, stamped with a seal impression besides it Manchu transliteration within a square, continuing with further Manchu text (scroll ends missing). 31,5 x 340,5 cm.
